What to expect when you start therapy.
1) Initial Assessment
I use my years of experience & training to gather relevant information about your difficulties and how these difficulties are affecting you and impacting what you do or don’t do in life.
We will discuss how you want life to be different.
I start making connections and linking your difficulties to potential root causes.
2) Therapy Plan
Using my expertise I formulate a plan based on what we have discussed. I share this with you and explain your difficulties in a way that makes sense to you, helping you make connections, increase your understanding & gain clarity.
You will start recognising WHY you feel stuck and WHAT is keeping you stuck.
3) Become your authentic self
We use my expertise and skills to target and address the root cause of your difficulties.
You will implement manageable changes in your daily life to help you break free from the unhelpful cycle of anxiety, overwhelm and/or low self-esteem.
You will learn more about yourself and be encouraged and empowered to make space for you and start living life more authentically.
