A Podcast on People-Pleasing!

This was an idea I had for years but never quite thought it was possible, having been a technophobe for most of my life.

And then recently the idea grew and I realised I’d never thought saying ‘no’ without guilt would’ve been possible, until it was! So why not give it a go!?

So here I am, beyond excited (and slightly nervous!) to share something I never imagined I’d be saying—my podcast is officially live!

Let’s Talk People-Pleasing!

If you’d told the former anxious people-pleaser version of me that I’d be launching my own podcast and sharing my voice with the world, I would have probably hidden under my duvet, overwhelmed at the very thought.

In fact, if I’m honest with you that part of me was cringing when I pressed ‘publish’ on the first episode and it even took me a few days to advertise it!

For years, I struggled with people-pleasing tendencies—living my life based on what I thought other people wanted, constantly seeking approval, avoiding confrontation, and putting everyone else’s needs before my own.

The idea of speaking up, standing in my truth, and putting my voice - and myself - out there in such a bold way felt like something that just wasn’t me. Fear, self-doubt, and the need for validation held me back, time and time again.

But here we are. What changed?

Over time, I learned how to break free from the patterns that kept me stuck, burned out, and feeling small. I discovered how to set boundaries, embrace my authentic self, and stop sacrificing my own needs for the sake of others.

This podcast is a celebration of that journey, and it’s for every woman who has ever felt trapped by the same people-pleasing habits.

In each episode, I’ll be sharing insights, tools, and real conversations about reclaiming your voice, your power, and your sense of self.

It’s not about perfection—it’s about progress, about the ongoing process of becoming unapologetically you.

I aim for my content to be relateable and down-to-earth, and will try for a bit of humour too!

I’m passionate to share how liberating it feels to break-free from people-pleasing and want this podcast to encourage and empower you to reflect, grow, and start imagining what’s possible when you stop living for everyone else.

I’m incredibly grateful to be able to share this with you, and I can’t wait for you to have a listen (despite the cringe!).
